- 4 eggs
- 1 cup date syrup

- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well with vanilla until creamy and elastic.
- Add milk, oil, and date syrup to the bowl one by one. Before adding the next ingredient, mix only until uniform (one minute should be more than enough).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Next, sift them over the wet ingredients and fold until completely uniform.
- Mix the chopped walnuts with a tablespoon of flour, separate the flour using the sift, and fold the walnuts into date syrup cake ingredients.
- Grease the pan with oil and sprinkle flour in it. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth its surface. Place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla sugary
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup date syrup
- ½ cup hot water
- ¾ cup oil
Instructions
- For preparation mix flour and baking powder and sift three times; grease the pan and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 15 minutes before baking.
- Separate the egg yolks and beat the egg whites with a mixer at high speed until fluffy. Now, gradually add half the sugar and beat until stiff.
- Add the yolk to vanilla and the rest of the sugar and mix until creamy and elastic.
- Add date syrup and hot water and mix using a mixer at high speed. Add liquid oil and mix again.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix. Add the egg white and fold until you have a uniform batter.
- Add the batter to the pan, place in the preheated oven, and cook for 45 to 60 minutes (until inserted skewer comes out clean).

This date syrup cake is for chocolate cake enthusiasts; however, you may use all-purpose flour instead.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup date syrup
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup chopped walnut
- 8 dates
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 + ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- To prepare this date syrup cake recipe, first, mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and sift three times.
- Wash the dates, remove the seed, and chop the fruits. Also, turn on the oven so it heats up.
- Add the date syrup and eggs to a bowl and beat for about 5 minutes until they are completely combined and their volume doubles (Tip: it is better that the eggs are at room temperature). Add the oil and stir again.
- Now add the dry ingredients that you have already sifted and mix slowly with a hand mixer. Add chopped walnuts and dates and mix one last time.
- Grease the cake mold and dust it with flour. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment paper and pour the batter.
- Place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes until ready. Then turn off the oven and let the cake stay in the open oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
